BankScanPro provides a service that converts PDF bank statements to Excel and CSV formats using AI technology. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Services.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Service Usage and Limitations

Our Services allow you to upload PDF bank statements and convert them to Excel and CSV formats. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable conversion, you acknowledge that:

• The accuracy of the conversion depends on the quality and format of the uploaded documents
• Our AI technology may not interpret all documents with 100% accuracy
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the converted data
• We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload documents that you do not have the legal right to share
• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Services
• Use our Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Services

Subscription and Payments

We offer various subscription plans for our Services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice will be posted on our website or sent to your registered email address.

Free Trial

We offer new users 3 free conversions upon sign-up. After using these free conversions, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using our Services. The free trial is available once per user and is subject to change at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period for all new subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund eligibility: If you have converted fewer than 10 pages within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
• No refund eligibility: If you have converted 10 or more pages, or if more than 7 days have passed since your initial subscription purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to initial subscription purchases and not to subscription renewals.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload to our Services. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process, convert, and store these documents solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

Limitation of Liability

• Errors or inaccuracies in the conversion of your documents

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PURE INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY LTD and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or delete your account through your account settings.
